Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

The College recognizes that continuing professional development (CPD) is important to ongoing practice improvement for physicians.

College registrants are required to be members of either the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) for CPD purposes.

In addition to confirming membership in either the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) or the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) CPD programs, physicians must also confirm program compliance status.
