The College has a partnership with the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association’s Physician Care Network (PCN). Through this partnership, Registrants can contact the PCN themselves, or the College can require them to contact it.

The Physician Care Network can help in several ways. For example, it can offer advice, provide early support, do assessments, refer someone for treatment, and help monitor progress. Support may relate to physical health, thinking and memory, mental health, substance use, or concerns about professionalism or behaviour. This service is confidential.
