Annual Declaration of Conflicts of Interest

All Council members must complete an annual declaration of potential conflicts of interest. This declaration ensures that other Council members and College leadership are aware of each member’s potential conflicts, fostering trust and accountability.

The information provided on the annual declaration will be made available for inspection by Council members and College leadership but shall otherwise be held in confidence except when the Council determines that the College’s best interest would be served by disclosure.

Please review the attached Conflict of Interest Policy. Questions regarding the policy and this declaration can be addressed to the Chair of Council or Corporate Counsel, as appropriate.
