All Registrants with a licence must follow CPSNL’s Continuing Professional Development (CPD) policy. This means they must sign up for the required CPD program and keep meeting its requirements. A Registrant is not compliant with the CPD policy if they are in a remedial cycle or have been removed from their CPD program.

If a Registrant cannot meet the CPD requirements because of illness, parental leave, caregiving responsibilities, or another exceptional circumstance, they can apply to the Quality Assurance Committee. More information about this deferral process can be found in the CPSNL’s CPD Deferral Policy.
