2025 Council Elections

CPSNL will be holding a Council Election on December 1, 2025. The voting window will be open from November 14, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m., December 1, 2025.

Candidate Biographies:

• One (1) seat in any Health Region –  The following candidates have been nominated to serve on the Council of CPSNL:
  • Dr. Olayinka Agbejule
  • Dr. Gerges Ambarak
  • Dr. Christopher Jenkins
  • Dr. Michael Parsons
  • Dr. Scott Wilson
• One (1) seat in Health Region 1 – The following candidate has been acclaimed:
  • Dr. Lynn Dwyer
• One (1) seat in Health Region 5 – The following candidate has been acclaimed:
  • Dr. Robert Forsey

Voting

Voting will be conducted online by Simply Voting.  When voting opens, a direct link to the ballots will be sent to all eligible CPSNL Registrants from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador via vote@simplyvoting.com.

Reminders will be sent to those who have not voted throughout the voting period.  Ballots will be counted via Simply Voting at 9:00 am on December 2, 2025, at the office of CPSNL.
