The Medical Council of Canada (MCC) announced on June 10, 2021 that it is stepping away from the delivery of the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) Part II going forward.  The full MCC statement can be found here.

The College will accept the Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) designation based on the new criteria.  Registrants and applicants who are now eligible to obtain the LMCC should contact the MCC.
